Zee Trendz is part of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd., one of India's largest broadcasting corporation and reaches out to over 25 million cable and satellite households across India.

The announcement was made by Ginx TV CEO Michiel Bakker.  Bakker was one of the original founders of MTV Networks in Europe in 1987 and was also Chairman of Nickelodeon and Paramount Networks.
