German charts: Nintendo scores seven top ten hits

Nintendo has seven first-party titles in the German charts this week, according to the latest data from Media Control GfK International.

Nintendo has seven first-party titles in the German charts this week, according to the latest data from Media Control GfK International.

As well as two Pokemon titles and two Brain Training games for the DS, Mario Party 8, Wii Play and Animal Crossing: Wild World are all hogging top ten positions.

The only non-Nintendo titles in the top ten are World of Warcraft and its Burning Crusade expansion pack, and Sony's SingStar 90s.

The top ten best-selling games for Germany follow:

1. Pokemon Diamond

2. Pokemon Pearl

3. More Brain Training from Dr. Kawashima

4. Dr Kawashima's Brain Training

5. SingStar 90s

6. World of Warcraft

7. World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade

8. Mario Party 8

9. Wii Play

10. Animal Crossing: Wild World
