GDC Europe 2009

Three-day event gets under way in Cologne.

Cologne— Aug. 17, 2009 — Think Services’ Game Developers Conference® Europe (GDC Europe) commences today at the Cologne Congress East Center in Cologne, Germany through Wednesday, August 19. GDC Europe is the largest professionals-only game industry event in Europe providing a platform for game makers to share best practices, give inspiration and make new connections while celebrating advancements of interactive entertainment. The three day event hosts a robust lineup of keynotes addresses, lectures, panels, roundtable discussions and sessions, emphasizing timely content and topics in business, game design, production, programming and visual arts.

Presented in conjunction with gamescom, the leading game industry European event for consumers, publishers, and trade professionals, GDC Europe features more than 130 speakers from around the world, 40 exhibitors and more than 150 media representatives.
