This year's GC Developers Conference has been hailed a success with the event registering record attendance figures.

This year's GC Developers Conference has been hailed a success with the event registering record attendance figures.

Over 900 industry professionals attended the Leipzig show, with over 60 per cent of visitors coming from abroad — primarily the UK and North America.

"The attendance at the conference and packed sessions showed the clear value of the program to attendees," said Wolfgang Marzin, president and CEO of the Leipzig Trade Fair.

"The conference was a major success."

Frank Sliwaka, project director of GCDC added: "GCDC's concept is to provide a forum for international experts and industry veterans to network and exchange knowledge. GCDC 2007 has clearly proven its status as Europe's leading developer conference."
