GC Developers Conference Exhibits At GDC 2008
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Leipzig, Germany - February 12, 2008 - Six months before the GC Developers Conference (GCDC) 2008 in Leipzig, Germany, August 18-20, 2008, members of the game development community can learn about Europe's most important game development conference at the upcoming GDC in San Francisco. The goal of GCDC's participation is to raise awareness for the show that has grown to include representatives from more than 35 countries while presenting one of the best programs in the world.
Over the past six years, GCDC has established itself as a key venue for international networking and knowledge exchange in the game industry. Sixty percent of last year's attendees came from abroad to the Leipziger Messe, the majority of which visited from North America and the UK, the leading countries in game development. "North America is a very important market for us and we are welcoming an ever growing number of industry professionals from the continent at GCDC," explained Frank Sliwka, project director of GCDC. "The rise in international developers and publishers increases the opportunities for attendees to build up new business relationships across North America, Europe and Asia."
GCDC will exhibit in the German Pavilion, which will be located in Moscone Center, North Hall, Booth #6105.
