GC Developers Conference 2008

Eight mobile gaming panels plus a "vast" conference programme.

Leipzig, August 15 - GC Developers Conference announces 8 high level panels on mobile games a vast conference program on mobile games: 8 panels and one lecture on Mobile Games on Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th August and a total of 23 speakers and panelists. This makes the conference one of the leading events for mobile games in 2008.

The CEO’s of leading European development studios such as Ideaworks3D(UK), Digital Legends (SP), Fishlabs(GE) and Handy Games (DE), leading analysts such as David Macqueen (Strategy Analytics) and Allistair Hill (m:metrics) and top executives from Nokia and Sony Ericsson will be seen and heard in Leipzig during 8 different panels (see the program at www.gcdc.eu).

The subjects all relate to the extremely dynamic and fast growing market of mobile games, an installed base of more than 2 billion game enabled handsets worldwide: cross-platform gaming, multi-platform publishing, recently released reports on mobile games, new distribution models, new publishing strategies such as NGage and the Iphone and much more.
