Distribution deal extended, with over 50 new games available for download.

GameTap and Ubisoft Renew And Revise Distribution Partnership

ATLANTA – July 27, 2009 – GameTap is pleased to announce the renewal and expansion of its distribution partnership with Ubisoft Entertainment. This agreement extends to GameTap the rights for distribution and sale of Ubisoft games through GameTap’s games-on-demand subscription service and its digital retail store.

As part of this agreement, GameTap will continue offering gamers their beloved Ubisoft franchises like Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell®, Heroes of Might and Magic®, Far Cry®, and Prince of Persia®. In addition to renewing these proven hits, GameTap will update its Ubisoft library with over 50 new games. These exciting new additions include hit titles such as:

GameTap’s burgeoning digital retail shop will offer an even larger selection of Ubisoft titles available for purchase and download. Ubisoft games started arriving in the shop on June 23, 2009 with the release of Tom Clancy’s H.A.W.X.™ and Prince Of Persia®. This represents the first time Ubisoft’s games have been available for sale from the re-vamped GameTap shop.
