"Sam & Max," "Uru Live," and More Than 500 Games Now Featured on Broadband Entertainment Network

GameTap also announces creation of GameTap News

LOS ANGELES - E3 - (May 9, 2006) - GameTap, the first-of-its-kind broadband entertainment network from Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. (TBS, Inc.), today announced at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in Los Angeles the debut of two exciting new games that will premiere on its network in time for the holidays. In addition, GameTap revealed new streaming video content and touted a record-setting milestone of more than 500 video games available on-demand that spans classic titles to games currently available at retail.

The premiere of new games on GameTap means that subscribers have exclusive access to content unavailable anywhere else. Along with their favorite on-demand titles available on GameTap, subscribers can now tap into the very latest must-have titles before they enter the regular retail channel. Among the games set to premiere on GameTap this year are the following:

· "Sam & Max" - Look out, world! America's favorite dog and rabbit duo are back in a brand new episodic video game series. Co-produced by GameTap and TellTale Games, the offbeat duo's first crime-fighting adventures in more than a decade will debut on the GameTap Network. GameTap is celebrating its first original production with the unveiling of the new "Sam & Max" trailer at its E3 booth.

· "Uru Live" - The online multiplayer version of "Uru: Ages Beyond Myst," one of the most popular adventure series ever created, "Uru Live" was developed by Cyan Worlds. Unlike its predecessors, these new worlds of Uru are dynamic and alive, making use of real-time 3D rather than still images to bring players online to explore incredible new worlds together. Cyan and GameTap will collaborate on building new and ever more challenging episodic worlds for players to enjoy.

On the video front, GameTap has pumped up the original programming featured on GameTap TV, including these new additions:

· GameTap News - a weekly recap about trends in the industry, new games, who's in/who's out, who's hot and who's not. Hosted by self-confirmed media junkie Victor Lucas, creator and host of the original video game TV Series "The Electric Playground."

· GameTap 10 - Taste of Chaos Edition - After establishing this Top 10 countdown show with episodes featuring Fall Out Boy, Dem Franchize Boyz and many others, the GameTap 10 is now tackling the music festival scene with ensemble casts. Launching this new approach are the top acts from the recent alt rock and metal Taste of Chaos tour, including Atreyu, Thrice, As I Lay Dying, and Story of the Year. In addition, Ne Yo, Rhianna, Chris Brown and Chamillionaire are coming soon to GameTap TV.

"With GameTap now providing exclusive new episodic video game content, crossing the 500-game milestone, and offering more than 300 streaming video programs, we are now a major player in the broadband entertainment space," said Stuart Snyder, GameTap's General Manager. "Working with the best, most creative people in media, technology and entertainment, we will continue to expand and evolve our network to ensure that more subscribers, more contributors and more collaborators are drawn in to our exciting new universe of broadband entertainment."
