GamesIndustry.biz Network surpasses 1000 active users
Modified versions planned for freelance and student users
The GamesIndustry.biz Network – the online business networking tool for videogame professionals – has surpassed 1000 active users since launching last month.
The tool allows users to make new contacts in the industry, arrange meetings ahead of busy events and browse a directory of key businesses, all with the intention of bringing the global gaming community closer together.
Those using the network span the entire games business from publishing, development, retail, press, finance and services, and include over 100 users at director level.
The GamesIndustry.biz Network is constantly evolving to meet user demand, with plans for a modified version to reflect the different needs of freelancers and students due to launch shortly.
The GamesIndustry.biz Network has already successfully partnered with Nordic Game and last week's GameHorizon, and is currently teaming with next month's Develop conference to allow users to connect before the event in Brighton.
