games™ throws the party, Jolt brings the games
London - 25th January 2005 - Jolt Online Gaming, Europe's largest independent online gaming network, is pleased to announce that it will be providing a raft of its world class überservers to the popular multiformat gaming magazine for adults, gamesTM. Launching on 24th February, the servers will be online and available to gamesTM readers and the public alike.
Jolt's high-spec servers will be configured to play the very latest multiplayer PC games, which will be hand-picked by gamesTM staff. Additionally, Jolt's world-class support team will be on-hand to ensure the smooth running of the service.
The deal is the latest for Jolt and marks the growing importance of the online gaming market and Jolt's position in it as gaming magazines and television programmes seek to branch out into offering multiplayer services for their readers and viewers.
Commenting on the agreement, Highbury Entertainment's Nick Roberts said: "When the decision was made to launch gamesTM branded servers for our readers, Jolt was the natural choice to provide them. We look forward to the launch of our servers next month and invite everyone to come and join the fun!"
