GamersGate, the premier digital retailer for downloadable PC games, today announced that they have added universal overlay functionality to their digital distribution platform as part of a new in-game toolset. The new toolset provides GamersGate users with a number of in-game features, such as peer-to-peer chat, clan-based voice support, web browsing, system diagnostics, Pandora music, and more.
