GameON: Finance 2009

October 14th, 2009 (Toronto) – Interactive Ontario (IO) today announced Yannis Mallat, Ubisoft Montreal CEO, and CEO of the recently announced Ubisoft Toronto studio, will be a keynote speaker at GameON: Finance 2009, happening on October 27 and 28 in Toronto.

Yannis Mallat has been CEO of Ubisoft Montreal since March 2006, and is still involved in the production of every game developed at the studio. In July 2006, the Official PlayStation Magazine (US edition) named Mallat as one of the 20 most influential personalities of the international video game industry. Mallat has worked on an extensive list of titles, including Assassins’ Creed, the multi-million selling trilogy of the Sands of Time (Prince of Persia The Two Thrones, Prince of Persia Warrior Within, Prince of Persia The Sands of Time) as well as Rayman Advance.
