Gamecock/Direct2Drive deal
Publisher's PC titles to join IGN's download service, with Stronghold Crusader Extreme now available.
BRISBANE, Calif. – June 5, 2008 – Direct2Drive, IGN Entertainment’s digital retail store, today announced an agreement to digitally distribute the upcoming 2008 PC titles from publisher Gamecock Media Group. Stronghold Crusader Extreme, is now available to gamers and is the first Gamecock title available for digital download on Direct2Drive ( http://www.direct2drive.com). Along with Stronghold Crusader Extreme, Direct2Drive will offer the entire roster of upcoming titles from Gamecock including Insecticide, Velvet Assassin and Legendary.
