GAME TRUST PRESIDENT SCOTT COHEN TO DELIVER KEYNOTE ADDRESS TO CHINAJOY 2005

Cohen is Only Westerner Invited to Speak at ChinaJoy’s Mobile Entertainment Conference

New York, NY- July 12, 2005-Game Trust, the world's leading casual game platform, today announced that Scott Cohen, Game Trust's President, will deliver a keynote address at this year's ChinaJoy, the third annual China Digital Entertainment Expo and Conference taking place in Shanghai July 20th through 23rd. In only its third year, this influential conference is considered to be Asia's preeminent forum for digital entertainment, gaming and mobile content. It is often referred to as "Asia's E3." Cohen is the only westerner to be invited to speak at the China Mobile Entertainment Forum on the first full day of the ChinaJoy, Thursday, July 21st.

Cohen will address the skyrocketing popularity of casual games in the East and West-and Game Trust's infrastructure capabilities that offer casual games, premium subscriptions, secure payment and transaction systems, together with a host of other features. Game Trust currently powers two of the top 10 gaming destinations in the world and one of the world's largest Internet portals. Cohen has already received numerous inquiries over the past six months from China-based companies seeking information about Game Trust's Game Frame platform.
