Company Plans Significant Expansion of New York and European Operations

NEAL SINNO APPOINTED DIRECTOR OF SALES; JOSEPH VERSOZA NAMED DESIGNER

NEW YORK, NY and DENMARK - August 8, 2005 - Game Trust, the leading infrastructure for premium online casual games, is expanding its New York headquarters and expects to double the size of the office in coming months, says Game Trust CEO Adeo Ressi. Ressi also announced two appointments: Neal Sinno has been named Director of Sales and Joseph Versoza has joined Game Trust as a Designer. The company will add nine additional executives and design and tech personnel, including a Vice President of Consumer Marketing, for which a search is underway.

Game Trust is the driving force of innovation in the burgeoning casual games sector. Its community and commerce platform reaches millions of casual gamers each month through leading portals and destinations, including Shockwave.com and MiniClip.com. Game Trust's platform powers a new generation of award winning casual games such as "Shroomz" and "Moleculous."

Neal Sinno (31) joins Game Trust from Mellon Financial Corp. A seasoned sales and eBusiness product development specialist, Sinno has also played key sales roles at New York Times / PCF Corp, Live Person, Inc. and AT&T / Lucent Technologies. In his capacity as Director of Sales for Game Trust, Sinno will work closely with Game Trust President Scott Cohen, for whom Sinno worked at Live Person. Sinno will further expand Game Trust's distribution network and he will work with a multi-disciplinary team to deploy and maintain licenses for the Game Trust infrastructure for clients around the world. Sinno graduated from Castleton College and is pursuing graduate work at Fordham University.

Joseph Versoza (26), who joins Game Trust's design team, has provided web design and consulting services for organizations including NYCTOGO.com, Fund For the City of New York, HIPnTASTY, B&M Machine Company, the Environmental Defense Fund and Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield. He received a Bachelor of Science from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Masters of Professional Studies from New York University.
