G15 keyboard
Logitech's gaming keyboard earns support from Abandon Interactive.
MALIBU, Calif. - (Oct. 30, 2008) Abandon Interactive Entertainment announced today that it has teamed with Logitech to support the G15 Keyboard for its upcoming cross-platform massively multiplayer online (MMO) game, Freaky Creatures. Abandon Interactive will support Logitech's first-of-its kind LCD display that provides players with vital in-game information such as scores, game statistics and more, without interrupting gameplay. The ultimate keyboard for serious PC gamers, Logitech G15 features 18 programmable keys and advanced software, giving players a competitive edge for the new Freaky Creatures game out early next year.
"It was a natural fit to align ourselves with a reputable brand like Logitech who is offering PC gamers cutting-edge technology with the innovative G15 keyboard," said Jamie Ottilie, President and COO of Abandon Interactive Entertainment. "We are dedicated to giving our users an enriched and engaging gaming experience with Freaky Creatures, and our relationship with Logitech is indicative of that mission."
Scheduled for release in early 2009, Abandon Interactive Entertainment's Freaky Creatures is a cross-platform MMO game that allows players to build the ultimate, customizable creatures and then battle them against friends. Players begin with collectable action figures and a flash drive that brings the creatures to life online. The initial creatures come with 50 different parts, 20 powers and four objects that can be placed into the creature's lair. The variety of parts and powers will allow players to create more than three billion visual combinations while battling other creatures via PC to PC or PC to mobile game play.
