Funky Rustic launch
New audio studio launched by Alpha Protocol and Deus Ex composer Alexander Brandon.

Hollywood, California – July 20, 2010 – The Max Steiner Agency announced today that Alexander Brandon, a videogame industry veteran composer and audio director with over 15 years of experience, has launched Funky Rustic, an audio production and post production studio that is set up to handle projects of any size from the videogame, television and film industries.
In Brandon's own words, "Funky Rustic marks a new way of thinking about audio companies and outsourcing in general, and I'm excited along with my team to be able to offer the best in all disciplines of sound for the latest projects." His most recent projects include upcoming titles from Heatwave Interactive as well as a number of titles at Obsidian Entertainment where he acted as Audio Director on the Neverwinter Nights series and most recently on Alpha Protocol which features some of his own compositions along with music from Rednote Audio and a main theme crafted specifically for the game by electronic superstar BT. Prior to his work at Obsidian Entertainment, Brandon worked on Spy Hunter: Nowhere to Run and Gauntlet: Seven Sorrows at Midway, Deus Ex and Thief: Deadly Shadows at Ion Storm, and on Unreal and Unreal Tournament as a freelance composer early in his career.
This new phase is Brandon's career will allow him to focus on what he loves best: creating memorable audio for interactive media. He plans to continue applying his talents to projects from across the videogame industry, and his fans can also look forward to hearing his music in other mediums in the near future.
