Four player fun on the C64!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Wetzlar, Germany - Jan 28 2005 - Protovision (www.protovision-online.de) are a dedicated software publishing co-operative who produce high-quality software for the C64 platform. Founded in 1997, it has produced many great titles and distributes more than a dozen games (including the world's first SuperCPU only game). It has also introduced many innovations to the C64.

Lined up for release is the game Tanks 3000, by Markus Spiering. It can be played by up to four players at a time (with Protovision's own 4-Player interface), and will test the trigger-happy skills of all retro fans. The aim is simple; collect the power-ups and control a tank through the various levels, avoid mines and obliterate the opponents in this inspired top-down shoot-em-up. Tanks 3000 features 10 different battlefields, five SID tunes and sound effects, six bonus items and much more. It will be available on Commodore 5.25" and 3.5" floppy disk for that true nostalgic feeling. You'd better get that C64 from your attic for this fun multi-player affair.
