Founded by three former Climax Online staff, UK-based Monumental Games is seeking licenses for its proprietary MMO middleware platform, TitanAT.
The trio have a combined experience in the creation of console and Massively Multiplayer Online games that spans some 20 years, and the new company is currently working on a brand new MMO, in addition to seeking licenses for its new MMO middleware technology.
According to the company, the TitanAT system provides developers with advanced tools and a content creation pipeline that will enable faster, cheaper and easier creation, development and market distribution of MMO titles.
Monumental Games' CEO Rik Alexander stated: "Given the need for top class middleware in the rapidly growing MMO market, our tools and technology provide the perfect foundation for those developers and publishers who want to bring their MMO game to market cheaper, faster and with less risk."
The fledgling company will be attending the forthcoming Austin Game Conference, showcasing the benefits of TitanAT and seeking new partnerships and licensing agreements for the platform.
