Fishdom

Piscine puzzler launched on assorted casual gaming portals.

VOLOGDA, Russia - June 19, 2008 – Playrix Entertainment, developer of such hit games as The Rise of Atlantis and Around the World in 80 Days, announced the official release of its new title – Fishdom. The game was launched on several largest casual games portals and already caught the attention of many online and offline publishers.

Fishdom is a unique mix of two very popular casual game genres: sim and puzzle. Players get a unique chance to build up their own dream aquarium and fill it with lovely sim fishies and eye-catching ornaments. To do that they need to progress through challenging boards and solve immersive puzzles.

However, “the real beauty of the game comes from the collectible and fully customizable aquariums you can build between the levels, by using cash you earn in each level to buy fish, decorations and accessories for each of the 3 themed tanks”, said Poh Tun Kai, editor of Casual Review. “You can arrange and change nearly a hundred different items until you have the aquarium of your dreams, and you can even set up one of your aquariums as your screensaver”. This is a great and quite addicting game where players can perfect their aquarium design skills and have lots of fun building up their fish tanks.
