FIREPOWER UPDATE IS NOW AVAILABLE!
Dallas - TX - November 3, 2004 - GMX Media and the multi-award winning FirePower Team from Shockwave Productions are proud to announce a new upgrade for the PC title FirePower for Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator 3®. One of the most exciting things about this latest v.1.08 upgrade is the introduction of the B-24J "Liberator". This upgrade means the player now has a choice between the B-17 Flying Fortress, B29 Super Fortress, Avro Lancaster, and now the B-24J "Liberator". The player can choose to pilot, man the gun stations, and drop bombs with all four heavy bombers or attack them in any one of Germany's most powerful interceptors.
V. 1.07 to V.1.08 Details:
- Added FirePower Certified B-24J "Liberator" bomber
- New sonic boom effects added to Go229, Ho219v5, and Ta183
- Misc. weapons corrections
- B17F and B17G model further optimized
- Multiplayer tool updated
