FIFA dominates Spanish and German charts

EA's FIFA 08 continues to dominate the European charts, with the PlayStation 2 version placing first in both Germany and Spain.

According to sales figures obtained from Media-Control GfK International, in Germany, the PC version of FIFA 08 placed third and the Xbox 360 version placed fifth.

In Spain, the PS3 version of FIFA 08 reached number two on the chart, with the PSP version at number five and the PC version at number seven.

Halo 3 was the top-selling Xbox 360 title, placing fourth on both charts.

No PlayStation 3 title made the German chart, but along with FIFA 08 at number two, the PS3 had Heavenly Sword at number eight in Spain.
