Fantasy University
Closed beta applications invited for Facebook "social adventure".
ELANTHIA - Aug. 25, 2010
Fantasy University today announced that it is currently accepting applications for its closed beta program. The game, slated for a late September release on Facebook, puts a new spin on the old-school MMOG with a "social adventure" filled with grown-up humor and a plethora of pop-culture references.
"We're pleased to open our doors to all worthy candidates… well, sort of opening our doors. You know, it's like creaking the door halfway open, but placing a stopper in it," said The Headmaster. "While we are on the subject, where are the hall monitors?"
"This time of year brings a tear to every Professor's eye," said Professor Lackpants. "Another year of putting up with social gamers ... I’d better be reaching tenure soon!"
To sign up for an early visit to Fantasy University , please visit its Facebook page. For more information, download the information pack. Please note: Candidates who have already signed up for the alpha may also be considered for the closed beta program and do not need to reapply.
