Fallout Shelter reaches $100m lifetime revenue

US accounts for roughly 60% of global revenue, followed by UK at 9%

Fallout Shelter has grossed $100 million since launching four years ago, according to data from Sensor Tower Store Intelligence.

In August last year, Sensor Tower estimated the game had reached $90 million lifetime revenue, meaning it generated roughly $10 million over the last ten months.

Arriving on mobile in 2015 to promote the launch of Fallout 4, the game has seen considerable success since, grossing roughly $68,000 a day on average.

Not only does it have a spin-off headed for China, it was announced last week at E3 that the game would be ported to Tesla cars.

While Fallout Shelter has been a global hit, it's primary market is the US, which accounts for roughly 60% of revenue.

The UK is the game's second largest market, accounting for 9% of spending, followed by Germany (5%), Canada (4%), and Australia (3.4%).

China is the largest Asian market, and ranked No. 6 in global revenue having grossed $3 million.

Sensor Tower estimates that Fallout Shelter has over 63 million downloads across the App Store and Google Play.
