Execs join Game Connection board

Connection Events has revealed the list of execs who have signed up to sit on the advisory board for industry networking event Game Connection.

Connection Events has revealed the list of execs who have signed up to sit on the advisory board for industry networking event Game Connection.

The board was formed at the Game Developers Conference in March, and is composed of 12 games industry professionals from developers, publishers and service providers.

From Microsoft there's product planner Sîbastien Motte, while other board members will include Kurt Busch from Konami and Jason Kingsley, CEO of UK developer Rebellion.

"All the boardâs members bring an expertise in creating worldwide development opportunities," commented Busch.

"As interactive entertainment production becomes even more globalised, the ability to identify these opportunities becomes even more critical. I am honored to have been asked to join the board as I believe the Game Connection events build positive relationships across the industry, regardless of a companyâs size, market or language."

The next scheduled Game Connection event will take place in Tokyo this September, to be followed by an event in Lyon, France between December 4 - 6.
