Evergreen Events Brings Big Bonuses to Career Discovery Event
Vancouver Film School on board to Sponsor Young Gamers

SEATTLE, Washington, March 15, 2007 - Career Discovery 1: Careers in the Game Industry is gathering momentum and support as the day of the event approaches. Career Discovery: Games will focuses on the challenges and opportunities facing students interested in joining the multi-billion dollar interactive entertainment industry. The nine accomplished game developers slated for Career Discovery: Games will share their keys to breaking into, and succeeding within, one of the most highly desired career paths in the marketplace. This day-long event will be held on March 24th in Bellevue Washington at the Interlake Performing Arts Theatre.
Now, Evergreen Events and the Vancouver Film School (VFS) is going to make Career Discovery: Games even better: Vancouver Film School has come on board as our AAA scholarship sponsor. They have provided funds to allow students that can not afford the fee to attend the event. Evergreen Events is working hard to find sponsors so that anyone that wants to attend informative, educational events such as Career Discovery can attend regardless if they can afford the fee or not.

The Career Discovery series is a sequence of day-long events with a strong focus on middle school and high school students. The Career Discovery Series will feature informative sessions from leading industry experts from a wide variety of backgrounds, including the games and film industries as well as careers related to writing, art, and animals. Attendees will be able to interact face to face with speakers and sponsors to learn more about their career options. Evergreen Events is hoping to inspire and motivate young people to not only consider their career paths and critical decisions they will face along the way, but to follow their dreams and passions. Evergreen Events is working closely with Washington School career counselors to help design career-minded programs that are educational for students, parents, and teachers alike.
