Europa Universalis III Complete

NEW YORK - October 30th 2008— Paradox Interactive has today confirmed details of the In Nomine expansion pack’s inclusion in Europa Universalis III: Complete and released a new in-game trailer.

In Nomine adds 50 years to the timeline of Europa Universalis III, the popular PC strategy game, and players can see their empires evolve from King Henry IV’s coronation in 1399 to the end of the Hundred Years’ War.

In Nomine includes the following features:

New Missions

Countries will now have specific missions tied to actual historical events which players may complete for bonuses. Players are not required to complete these missions; however, these features will give players defined goals along a more structured path.

New Decision System

World leaders will now have a better overview of the decisions needed to shape the future of their country. They will also have expanded control over the future of their countries on both the provincial and national level.

Rebels with a Cause

Rebels with specific goals and abilities will rise to challenge players every step of the way. These “rebels with a cause” will all have their own unique grievances and can be negotiated with or completely eradicated, at the player’s discretion.

Religious Tolerance

Religious tolerance now depends on the ideas and decisions taken by world leaders, adding a new layer of strategy. Political and religious dissidents can be handled in a number of effective ways, from excommunicating wayward rulers to organizing crusades. 

In Nomine is available as part of the box set Europa Universalis III: Complete, which contains the popular Europa Universalis III grand strategy game and the Napoleon’s Ambition and In Nomine expansion packs.
