Eurogamer scoops multiple awards at first-ever Games Media Brit List

Meanwhile, industry veteran Keza MacDonald recognised with Most Influential award

It was a good night for our colleagues over at Eurogamer who took home multiple awards from the inaugural Games Media Brit List.

Hosted by Simon Miller, the last night's GMBL recognised the best and brightest in the British games media.

Eurogamer won both the Best Online Editorial Team and the Best Streamer categories; meanwhile, seasoned features editor Christian Donalan was recognised as Best Critic.

Additionally, the Best Video Presenter award went to Chris Bratt; up until very recently, Bratt had been a regular face on the Eurogamer YouTube channel, but left the site on Wednesday this week to launch his own Patreon endeavour, People Make Games.

Vic Hood, an alumni from the Eurogamer intern programme and now a freelancer, was recognised with the Emerging Talent award.

Industry veteran of over a decade Keza MacDonald -- and games editor at The Guardian -- was recognised last night at with the Most Influential award.

The Best Reporter award went to Ben Barrett of PCGamesN, while Gamespot UK editor Tamoor Hussain won Best Features Writer.

Adam Rosser of Radio 5 Live's Game On won the award for Best Podcast/Radio Show; the Best Print Editorial Team award went to Edge; and IGN won the award for Best Video Production Team.
