eSportsTV Inks Distribution Deal With TMF Holland, A Division Of MTV Europe

Web-Based Videogame Broadcaster to Contribute On-Demand and Live Streaming Media

NEW YORK, NY May 3, 2006-Web-based videogame broadcaster eSportsTV (www.esportstv.com) today announced a distribution deal with TMF (www.tmf.nl), The Music Factory; a subsidiary of MTV Networks Europe.

Under the terms of the agreement, eSportsTV will contribute on-demand and live streaming programming featuring the hottest eSports competitions and news along with music and videos from New York-based independent Hip-Hop and R&B label SoundScopeMusic.com (www.soundscopemusic.com) and its subsidiary DIGGIDAN Productions, Inc., a full-service recording and production studio. In return, eSportsTV and its gaming network partner and broadband host Isogames (www.isogames.com) will receive unparalleled exposure in a fast-growing and lucrative market, including a dedicated landing page that will present the latest eSportsTV content alongside other special features.
