ESL Pro Series Season 3
€22,500 tournament gets under way, now with added Quake-Live.
Cologne, March, 24th, 2010 – Turtle Entertainment and head sponsors Intel and Alienware started the third season of the ESL Pro Series, the premier league of eSports for the United Kingdom. Beside the known disciplines Counter-Strike: Source and Trackmania Nations Forever the Electronic Sports League adds the first-person-shooter Quake-Live instead of the well known forerunner Quake III Arena as well as the the famous Counter-Strike 1.6 to the portfolio. The overall prize fund of the ESL Pro Series Season 3 will be €22,500. The games of live events like the ESL Pro Series Finals Season 3 will be played on the powerful Alienware M17x gaming laptop, currently the fastest 17-inch laptop in the world.
