Eolia In Crisis

ORC THREATS CAUSE THOUSANDS TO FLEE FOR FEAR OF WAR

24th October 2007

Eolia Echo, 632 a. M. v: Emergency peace talks held at Derenhalle descended into chaos as humans and orcs clashed in the struggle for land and possessions. Internal struggles remain unresolved whilst Eolia waits, paralysed with fear that a deadly war is looming.

Ugraum Grableg, the powerful orc leader, and Derrick Pfiel, the heroic human captain, met face to face at the unsuccessful summit. Grableg once again staked his claim to the southern territories, accusing the humans of usurpation after the war against evil. He vehemently denied accusations that he has united the orc factions to create an unstoppable army of terrifying magnitude.

As the negotiations spiralled out of control, Inquisitor Dexter's brave attempts to reason with the orcs merely aggravated the savage beasts further. Ash-hoon, the ruthless orc shaman, was restrained for attempting black magic.

Champion of the humans Derrick Pfeil proved his nobility and strength of character amongst the assembled. His calm exterior hides a brave and highly intelligent leader.

If this war comes to pass, he will be our only hope. Peace now hangs in the balance.
