EA's Moore to receive PromaxBDA Lifetime Innovator award

Marketing association recognises his work with EA Sports brand

Peter Moore, EA's chief operating officer, will be presented with a Lifetime Innovator award at this year's PromaxBDA Sports Media Marketing Awards in New York.

The award recognises Moore's work with the EA Sports brand, of which he was president until his promotion in August. The role meant managing some of EA's biggest franchises, including Madden NFL, NBA LIVE, Tiger Woods PGA TOUR, FIFA and NASCAR.

Last year Tony Ponturo,  global media and sports marketing executive, received the award.

The ceremony will take place November 15 at the Millennium Broadway Hotel in New York City.

PromaxBDA is an association for entertainment marketing professionals.
