EA TAKES BURNOUT REVENGE™ ON TESCO FLEET THROUGH AGRIPA

Electronic Arts is running a promotion for its new computer game, Burnout Revenge™, using 50 Tesco Fleet Media™ trailers.

5th October 2005

Agripa® Fleet MediaTM enables brands and fleet owners to use their vehicle sides for advertising. 350 vehicles on the Tesco fleet are fitted with Agripa®'s patented framing system that allows promotional messages on PVC mesh to slide in and out in a matter of minutes.

EA is running a full scale retail marketing campaign for Burnout RevengeTM and the eye-catching Fleet MediaTM ads have been designed to drive footfall directly into Tesco stores. EA's previous Fleet MediaTM campaign to launch FIFA Street was a great success, and the company is expecting a similar level of response this time.

Charlotte Whitehead, UK Retail Marketing Executive said: We wanted to see the ads for this campaign on the side of the Tesco lorries in the middle of rush hour where they will gain everyone's attention."
