EA AND PANDEMIC STUDIOS ANNOUNCE WORLDWIDE CO-PUBLISHING DEAL FOR MERCENARIES 2: WORLD IN FLAMES

Explosive Next-Generation Action Game Slated to Ship in 2007

Cherstey, UK - February 1, 2007 - Electronic Arts (NASDAQ: ERTS), the world's leading interactive entertainment company and Pandemic Studios, one of the world's leading independent game developers, today announced a worldwide co-publishing deal for Mercenaries 2: World in Flames, the sequel to the best-selling* new intellectual property of 2005, Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
