Videogame accessory and consumer electronics manufacturer dreamGEAR has announced several key appointments to its rapidly expanding executive management and sales team.
The company relocated earlier this year to a new 80,000 square feet office and warehouse space in Torrance, California, to accommodate its continued growth. The new executives will assist dreamGEAR in promoting and distributing the company's soon to be launched i.Sound product line, which is fully compatible with any audio or videogame device with a mini-jack audio output.
Trent Tribe joins dreamGEAR as senior vice president, bringing with him over 30 years experience in the videogame and consumer electronics industries. Formerly serving in the same role for Electro Source, Tribe will manage dreamGEAR's sales team and develop sales within the companyâs new i.Sound speaker division.
Joining Tribe will be former VP of sales for Pelican, Gary Shuster. Serving as senior vice president of national sales, Shuster will be the primary sales contact for numerous retailers, drawing on his national account sales experience over the past 12 years to drive the sales of DreamGEAR products in major retailers nationwide.
Also adding his extensive sales experience to the team will be former Hip Interactive regional manager, Frank Kutcher. A former buyer for video rental giant Blockbuster, Kutcher will oversee sales and assume direct responsibility for several accounts in his new role as director of sales for dreamGEAR.
Drawing upon a combined industry experience of more than 50 years, the team behind dreamGEAR are committed to providing the most innovative and affordable videogame accessories and consumer electronics. The newly created i.Sound product line is expected to spearhead the continued product-line expansion and company growth in the coming months.
