Realtime Worlds boss David Jones and MMO veteran developer Raph Koster have both been confirmed as speakers for the forthcoming Game Developers Conference in San Francisco in February.
Jones, whose studio's lead title Crackdown has bagged a host of awards in the UK following its release earlier in the year, will be giving a talk entitled "My First MMO," in which he'll be discussing the possibilities for massively multiplayer games that don't involve fantasy RPGs.
And Raph Koster, best known for his work on titles such as Ultima Online and Star Wars Galaxies, will be conducting a post-mortem of the game, platform and community in latest venture Metaplace.
GDC 08 takes place on February 18-22 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco.
