Consoles.net

Consoles Sports League gets a revamp.

Cologne, April 1st, 2009 – Consoles.net is getting a facelift. Many of you have been longing to see the new design and all will be revealed soon. On the 6th of April our appearance will change, but it's not all about looks! The interior will be overhauled as well. Our passion for games and gaming will be put at the forefront of our brand new redesign and enlightened by many new fantastic features.

Matchmaker

More fun with gaming! The times of long queues will be over. The matchmaker is a whole new possibility to comfortably find opponents. Everything you have to do is set or accept an appointment. Other than before, your opponents cannot see who made the date so that the dates will be moved to the center of attention.

Consoles level

Activity will be awarded: The Consoles Level System's aim will be to have new ways of measurement next to the common ranking list and the evaluations. The activity of each gamer will be at the center. The more you play, the higher will be your level. Winning is not the only way of pushing your personal level.

Bookmarks

Navigate more organized: No menu in the world can handle all needs and give the right links to the important spots of every single user. So now it's possible to create your own menu on Consoles.net. You don't have to add special bookmarks like teamaccounts or leagues manually. You can easily adept the automaticly added links for your teams, leagues, ladders and or clubs to your needs.

Gamecharts

The favorite games of the Consoles community at one view: The new Consoles Gamecharts makes this possible. Using the current games added to all users profiles the chart will show us the most played games. So everyone can easily see which games are hot on Consoles.

The details on all the features will be announced and explained in the admin FAQ so you are up to date when the page will launch.

United Consoles League

Beside the website related changes we also want to change something about the United Consoles League. The whole league will be integrated to the new country section of Europe (/eu). In this EU section especially players from countries without an own country section so far can compete with players from all over Europe and the World.
