Cohort Studios at E3

Buzz! Juniors developer setting up meetings via Marjacq Micro; several prototypes to show off.

4th June 2010, Dundee, UK - Cohort Studios, an independent developer of video games for console formats, has employed the services of Marjacq Micro to arrange and facilitate meetings at this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo, being held between the 15th and 17th of June 2010 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Marjacq’s decades of experience in the sector will be invaluable as Cohort moves to expand its current roster of ongoing projects.

Cohort will be showcasing several prototypes that demonstrate its development prowess and the capabilities of its internally-developed proprietary game engine, Praetorian TM . With a proven track record for delivering PlayStation 3 content, both as a studio and as an outsource specialist to AAA developers across the UK, Cohort is looking to broaden its range of ongoing projects by making use of Marjacq Micro’s industry-leading skills in brokering deals between developers and publishers.

Lol Scragg, CEO, Cohort comments “E3 is always hugely exciting to visit but, for us, this year will be particularly engaging.” He continues; “With Marjacq on board, we’re looking forward to a packed schedule of meetings as we showcase the talent and ability we have at Cohort with a set of prototypes we’re looking to launch into full projects over the next 8 to 12 months.”
