CLIMAX'S RAPIDLY EXPANDING RACING STUDIO GRABS POLE POSITION WITH MOVE INTO NEW OFFICES!
Brighton, UK - Thursday 8th June, 2006 --
The four IGN 'Best of E3' show awards presented to Climax's
Racing Studio haven't long been settled into their new home,
but they're on the move already due to the increasing demand
for the studio's development expertise. With MotoGP'06 on
Xbox 360 now completed, two massive new projects are about to
join ATV Offroad ® Fury 4 for PlayStation®2 and ATV Offroad ®
Fury Pro for PSP (PlayStation Portable) on the
development board, prompting the studio to move into plush,
new offices on Brighton seafront. The new location is just a
stone's throw from the beach and enjoys fantastic sea views,
a central location and easy access via road and rail. It is
also boasts state-of-the-art facilities and future-proof
technology.
The new studio is also twenty-five percent larger than the
old one, affording the company the extra room it needs as
gears up for the new projects and the Fall release of the two
ATV Offroad Fury games. And to accommodate the new and
existing projects, Climax is continuing its search for new
talent. Anyone interested in joining the highly-regarded
studio is invited to get in touch via the website: www.climaxgroup.com/jobs.
Tony Beckwith, the Racing Studio's President, the move
represents a significant and bold step forward for the
studio. 'This relocation is a statement of our intent to
cement our position as one of the world's leading development
studios,' he explained. 'The new offices provide the
infrastructure and environment we need to continue producing
award-winning & multi-million selling games, like the
MotoGP and ATV Offroad ® Fury series. It also gives us the
space to bring in the additional staff needed to handle the
ongoing expansion'
