Wednesday 12 October 2005/... NCsoft Europe and Cryptic Studios have released screenshots and concept art from City of Villains, the companion and stand-alone sequel to the award-winning City of Heroes.
The City of Villains assets include a background report on the mystical Scirocco as well as a set of screenshots featuring his minions, including the deadly Ice Mistral, that terrorize the Rogue Isles.
