Circuloid
Brick-breaking for the iPad based around undercover missions.
FOR RELEASE ON OCTOBER 21st, 2010
Warsaw, Poland, October 21st — Macoscope - an independent iOS and Mac software development company from Poland announced today that Circuloid game for the iPad has been released through the App Store.
In Circuloid, the player becomes former white-collar agent John Circuloid, accepts his first undercover mission and gets the ball rolling, literally.
Circuloid is a classic brick-breaker game, in which the objective is to destroy every object visible on a level with a ball that bounces off the paddles controlled by touching the screen, or rotating the device itself. Circuloid is an innovative approach to the breakout genre. Certain levels feature multiple paddles with different sizes, all moving around circular game arena, where the bricks are placed.
There are three ways of controlling the paddles - by touching them directly, using vertical slider placed on either side of the screen or rotating the iPad the way we want the paddle to move.
Currently Circuloid features 54 exciting levels across first two-part mission. “This is just a start. We are commited to creating many more level packs with awesome graphics and high-quality music, constantly enriching the Circuloid experience.” - says Macoscope’s CEO, Daniel Owsianski. There are 3 amazing music tracks already included in the Circuloid, along with crisp graphics designed just for the iPad.
And one more thing: as a launch event Macoscope is going to host a contest, where players will be able to win AR.Drone quadricopter ( http://ardrone.parrot.com/parrot-ar-drone/usa/).
