Proper Games COO joins Tiga.

Dundee, Scotland – 22, February, 2010 – Chris Wright, the Chief Operating Officer at Dundee based games developer, Proper Games Ltd, has been named to the board of TIGA, an organization which represents the U.K. games industry. Wright’s role on the board includes representing the interests of TIGA Associate Members.
“I’m very excited to be part of the board,” said Wright. “At Proper Games we believe in what TIGA is doing and we are thrilled to be participating in their programme at GDC (Game Developers Conference) in San Francisco. It’s important that TIGA is a strong and vibrant organization that can support Game Development in the U.K. and I’m happy to do anything I can to help make that happen.”

Proper Games specialises in downloadable video games. In 2009 Proper won a BAFTA Scotland for Flock!TM, which was published by Capcom. Proper also recently announced it is developing Final FightTM : Double Impact for Capcom. The Final Fight franchise is among the most popular Capcom titles and Proper are pleased to be continuing their successful partnership with the internationally respected publisher.
TIGA is the trade association representing the UK’s games industry. The majority of its members are either independent games developers or in-house publisher owned developers.
