Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment Speaks at Comic-Con on Computer Game Writing
Mesa, AZ - July 19th, 2006 - Chris Klug and Anne Toole from Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment will be speaking at Comic-Con 2006 on "Writing for the Computer Gaming Industry" on Thursday, July 20th at 12pm. Chris Klug is Creative Director and Anne Toole is Head Writer for Stargate Worlds, a new MMOG in production by Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment. Chris and Anne will be joining other speakers at this panel to discuss the ins and outs of writing for the game industry, a challenging and unique medium. Both Chris and Anne are highly qualified in this topic. Chris has worked on Earth and Beyond, James Bond 007 (including many more titles) and was also a Game Design Professor at Carnegie Mellon. Anne is a Harvard Grad and has written for cable, syndication, broadcast primetime and daytime, comics and video games. What brings Chris and Anne together at Comin-Con this year is their passion for game writing and more specifically game writing for Stargate Worlds. Stargate Worlds is an MMOG based on the longest running sci-fi show, Stargate SG-1. In this multi-player universe, players can explore alien habitats, uncover ancient secrets, and protect mother Earth.
