Chainz Galaxy

Chained to the PC, Mac, iPad and Mac App Store.

DALLAS (January 13, 2010) – MumboJumbo, leading developer and publisher of casual games, has introduced Chainz Galaxy across four platforms bringing link-matching madness to the PC, Mac, iPad, and the Mac App Store.  This is the third installment in the matching franchise from the Dallas-based developer.

The latest iteration of the Chainz puzzle games takes the link-matching game to a new level by enhancing the addictive mechanic and supplying players with increased power-ups and an intriguing back story.  The game will be available for PC and Mac digital download through major portals this week.  The game recently launched for the iPad in the App Store, and debuted in the Mac App Store last week.

“We’ve given Chainz a facelift for 2011 and really moved the game mechanic forward in this edition,” said Mark Cottam, CEO of MumboJumbo.  “If you’ve played the Chainz series, you know that it’s an addictive puzzler, but we really cranked up the volume in Chainz Galaxy.”

Players familiar with the Chainz series can expect to see improved and updated artwork; an enhanced matching mechanic letting players create megalinks and track their best link; generous shuffle awards to keep the game moving along at a fun pace; more achievement opportunities with clever charms to earn; and an engaging yet simple story line tying the game together.

Chainz Galaxy features more than 80 levels of link-matching fun, eight power-ups, 30 bonus charms to collect, and four game modes including Classic, Arcade, Puzzle, and Strategy.

The game will hit retail shelves next month at stores nationwide.

MumboJumbo games are available for digital download at www.mumbojumbo.com and many are available at retailers nationwide.
