Capcom has announced it will be closing its Flagship subsidiary, the division mainly responsible for portable games for the GBA and DS.

The move is the latest in Capcom's efforts to streamline the business, and follows the closures of Studio 8 and Clover.

According to GameSpot, there will be no redundancies as the team is assimilated into the larger company.

Flagship had previously worked with Nintendo on a number of Zelda titles for the GameBoy Advance and its most recent release was Kirby Squeak Squad for the Nintendo DS.
