Following the passing of a resolution at a board of directors' meeting, Capcom has confirmed that Capcom Eurosoft Ltd. is to be officially dissolved, with all operations transferring to CE Europe Ltd.

"The name has been changed to fall in line with the rest of Capcom's operations," a spokesperson told GamesIndustry.biz. Capcom's US arm is already known as Capcom Entertainment Inc., for example.

The dissolution will be completed by April 2007. The move will not affect the day to day running of the business and is unlikely to have an impact on Capcom's group financial results.
