"Brain Coach™ with Dr. Kawashima" on your Fitness Schedule this December

London, UK - December 11, 2007 - NAMCO BANDAI Networks Europe Ltd. today announced "Brain Coach with Dr. Kawashima". The new game will become available this December, growing the existing brain training craze across the world to mobile phones.

Officially approved by Dr. Kawashima, the famous neurophysiologist and expert on brain imaging, this mobile phone game has been scientifically tested at a leading university in Japan, and proven to stimulate the brain.

About Dr. Kawashima

After graduating from university with an MD at the school of medicine, he immigrated to Sweden to become a guest researcher at the famed Karolinska Institutet. He then moved back to Tōhoku in Japan, where he conducts research at his former university, as well as being a former member of Japan's National Council, concerning Language and Culture.

One of Dr. Kawashima's primary research topics is mapping the regions of the brain to faculties such as emotion, language, memorization, and cognition. He is trained in neurophysiology and is an expert on brain imaging. His other primary topic involves applying this information to aid children to develop, aging people to retain, and patients to recover their learning facilities.
