BH BACKS GAMES DEVELOPERS AT E3 TIGA CONFERENCE

Friday 21st April 2006/... TIGA, the independent games developer association, today announced that Barrington Harvey, Europe's leading marketing agency for the interactive entertainment industry, is to sponsor US Opportunities, TIGA's far reaching developer conference that takes place on 9 May 2006 at the Loews Hotel, Beverley Hills, Los Angeles.

The day-long event and conference provides developers with an insight into trends and recent developments in the US video and computer game market. In 2006 US Opportunities will include discussion panels looking at high end publishing, the impulse purchase PC market and developments in the online gaming sector. Additionally, it will have a high profile keynote from Hollywood Reporter US contributing editor Diane Mermigas and a detailed analysis of the US market by research giant NPD. It also provides excellent networking opportunities for all delegates and TIGA members.

Fred Hasson, CEO of TIGA, said: "We're now in our fourth year and our US Opportunities conference has grown and become invaluable to our members, to many of our partners and to many UK Government departments' representatives who see their attendance as part of their annual E3 programme of activity. BH's support is well received and indicates the strength of its commitment towards helping the British development community maximise their commercial opportunities around the world.
