For immediate release

05 October 2009

BeefJack.com, the revolutionary new website offering free online games, are eagerly anticipating the launch of their latest podcast produced in conjunction with The Midwest Nerds, one of the webs most notorious podcasting groups making light work of gaming culture and topical industry news.

The Midwest Nerds, consisting of Jason Buns, a US Radio DJ, Joel Gifford, a writer for BeefJack, com, Nick Baker, a graphic designer for BeefJack.com, and Steve Nelson a self confessed gamer and party animal, have been running their own podcast since July on their own site, and have gained a rapidly growing fan base, so when BeefJack.com saw their work they wanted to snap them up before anyone else got the chance.

A Spokesman, from the firm who specialise in offering racing games, driving games and strategy games to the gaming community, said, “We are all incredibly excited about our latest project with the Midwest Nerds as they have proven themselves as an upcoming talent for audio podcasting and their show is just hilarious. Their shows are always packed full of the latest product reviews, industry news and they also showcase new music bands on their show – all elements that our audience would be interested in.”

Launched last week the podcast sees The Midwest Nerds engaging in their usual banter whilst promoting the very latest products up for grabs.

A Spokesman, from BeefJack, the leading providers of downloadable games, added, “The response we have had so far from this first podcast has been overwhelming, we have had bucket loads of praise from our users so far and we are looking forward to our next project with the Midwest Nerds.”
