BBC Click To Introduce Gaming Segment

London, 24th July 2007 --- The BBC's flagship technology TV show, Click, today announced it's to incorporate gaming as a regular feature in the programme. The gaming slot will run every few month, and will preview/review games just released/about to be released, as well as titles still in development. The programme invites games publishers and developers to submit assets and review discs of games on all major platforms -- PC, Xbox(360), PS2, PS3, DS & Wii and mobile. Titles should be sent through to Richard Taylor, Click, Room 4252 TV Centre, London, W12 7RJ.

Since its relaunch last year from its previous incarnation ("Click Online"), Click itself has established as the BBC's flagship consumer technology show. It's one of the biggest lifestyle programmes on BBC World, the half-hour version broadcast six times a week at peak times across different regions on a channel with 75 million viewers a week. It is also available on 11 airlines. The same show is also broadcast six times a week on BBC News24, and is available online too ( www.bbc.co.uk/click). A shorter verison of the show is broadcast on BBC1 and BBC2 at weekends (those shows alone gaining over a million viewers). In short, Click enjoys some of the widest distributrion of any BBC programme.
